Shipping policy

Once payment is received we will endeavour to pack your order within 24 hours.

All orders including a pre-order will be shipped altogether in one package.

All items from the order will be delivered to the address provided by the purchaser. All our items are packed with care and shipped in a mailer with two stiffeners. Palace Vinyl can not be held accountable for shipping to a wrongly provided address, nor responsible for any damage made by the delivery company. If the package can’t be delivered due to the customer’s fault and is returned to us, we’ll have to recharge the shipping fee in order to re-send the order.
