Uncle Steve is named as the face behind this new label and he promises to make it a place for "moody, rolling, mysterious chunky house cuts." Like most uncles, he's talks the truth. Wilba's opener 'Rinse, Repeat' manages to be both dark and weighty as well as bringing some curiousness through the buried spoken words. Brennan's 'Percs Of The Job' is a fat analogue house cut that has murky vocals bleeding in from the edges, whacking great hits and elasticity to the bass. Lukey's 'Feel It' ups the pace and is a grinding and pleasingly dirty sound designed for warehouses and finished with a vocal that adds some heat. Joolmad closes with a groove that moves as heavy as a teenager in piss.
