Saucy new minimals from Kerouac on Bass Culture, bringing subtle sound design and heavily serifed inners. The 2009 D'Julz-founded label boasts old cuttings from Mr G, Alex Picone and Dan Curtin, but now the focus is firmly on the present, Mike Kerouac taking over the controls. 'Do Another' and 'Heavy' provide snap and wetness, while 'Mainframe' serve the deeper bubbles with cool blues monologues. A nice second or third vinyl outing from the cratewise producer and record collector.
