The third release on Fancy Footwork (based between London and France) is also the first full solo 12" by co-founder Liam Binks aka Illi; the FF imprint is just one outlet of his, the other being his much longer-established ESP Records operation. The first two established the label's range in the footwork genre: FF001 a solo Illi record, FF002 a various artists cut running from Numero 6 to Mohammed Vicente. This one pulls in four tracks of dub-inflected tech house, the track titles indulging typical Illi wordplay, the music angling toward hip-hop and dub-breaks friction alongside golden-era tech house - as audible in the dubwise textures under 'Two Tones Of White' and the grinding low-end of 'Her Majestys Shmervice'.
