Second in Dream Dancing's series recovering the Capture Records catalogue of Dublin-born, London-based producer Sue McGuinness, this time with star dreamatizers 'Maybe Nothing' and 'Are You Pleased?', here remastered by Bunny at Coldwater Cuts for late-night-into-early-morning fidelity. 'Weep 'n Crash' on the A2, written around 2008 and unreleased until now, comes through with an outspoken Larry Heard influence, and brings utter pleasure to the ears with wide-panned stereo whispers and cool hand percussion. Danceable melancholy is the register; hypnotic, emotionally present, carrying an air of scientific balance.
